For each idea, I wrote what I knew about it, what I knew I didn't know about it, the resources I did have for it, the resources I knew I needed but didn't have, any opposites / parallels / offshoots, any thing that was missing, and anything else I could think of about the idea. Now I am far more comfortable with everything that is going on in my life and around me. For those of you who don't know what a 'wax on, wax off' exercise is, please go view the movie 'The Karate Kid' (the first one). The consistancy of writing ideas down everyday is the most important.
